Every time I lead an in person workshop or bootcamp and I get to Marketing Metrics, I see the whole room’s eyes glaze over. Marketing Metrics is one of those topics that people just HATE. But Metrics are VERY important. I show my clients how to implement simple and easy systems that let them know what marketing is getting clients, and what is not. As soon as I make it easy, everyone gets excited! With good metrics, you can actually forecast how many new clients you will get as a result of your efforts.
In my 14-step formula for getting clients, making income, and building business, one of the steps is to “Identify WHAT.” In other words, identify what you want out of your business. An important aspect of this step is defining clear goals that will help you achieve what you want out of your business.
