5 Strategies for Getting Clients

  1. Create Strategic Partnerships. Connect with other businesses that serve your ideal clients and cross promote.
  2. Publish a Newsletter or Ezine. This is a great way to stay in touch with current clients and warm potential clients.
  3. Talk about the client’s needs, not yours. Your clients are interested in what you can do for them. Be interested, not interesting!
  4. LISTEN. Take the time to listen to potential clients. Use active listening to hear what they are really saying, not saying, and what they want.
  5. Have a clear call to action. Clearly define what you want potential clients to do when they read your newsletter, marketing material, attend your seminar, etc. Then TELL your potential clients what you want them to do.
