On the past, a customer used a phone directory when they require a product or service. Nowadays, they just get into Internet and search for it in Google.

It always confuses me too I can’t tell you how many times I have had to SEARCH for a way to contact a business on their website.

The other issue I often run in to are sites who create a graphic for their phone number. It becomes an issue for many mobile users.
